AUTOMATIC PALLET STRETCH WRAPPING MACHINE WITH ROTATING ARM EQUIPPED WITH WATERTIGHT TOP SHEET DISPENSER

An overall packing (5 charge sides) is guaranteed for all sorts of palletised products by the waterproof top sheet dispenser placed inside the rotating arm. Such a wrapping provides an excellent protection against the action of the weather. This machine can be installed on any existing packing line.

Characteristics

It is complete with different adjusting and control units:

• Waterproof top sheet dispenser with automatic pallet height detection, from 800 up to 2000 mm.
• Film - roll up down stroke speed variable by Inverter
• Stretchable film tension adjustment
• Automatic unit for film hooking and cutting
• Arm rotation start and stop at low speed
• Electric control panel with PLC and visual display for fault signaling
• Boundary safety-guards

This machine can be equipped with different optional units:

• Top pneumatic presser
• Automatic powered pre-stretch assembly
• Film sealing
• Power roller conveyor placed inside the wrapping machine
• Power roller conveyors placed either at the entry or at the exit points.
